Being a Volunteer Supervisor for #TeamHextol

Do you want to make a genuine difference to people's lives? Volunteering is one of the most rewarding ways you can give back to the community.

There are many opportunities to volunteer your time within our five non profit businesses.
We will work with you to find the most suitable hours and business, depending on your interests.

Our business areas are catering, gardening, warehouse, pack & post and The Hextol Tans cafe. The teams within each area are made up of paid staff, voluntary supervisors and our beneficiaries.

Volunteer Supervisor positions are usually regular slots based around individual requirements.

Volunteering with us is more than just giving something back to the community. At The Hextol Foundation, you will become a very important part of the journey that our beneficiaries take when they join us.

Our beneficiaries have either learning difficulties or mental health needs. Placements within the Foundation are designed to help individuals to develop existing skills or learn new ones; showcase their excellent work to the public and reduce social isolation both by working as part of a team and socialising at our special events throughout the year.

Being part of our beneficiaries' journeys is very rewarding. Contact us to discuss how you could volunteer today!

If you would like to become part of the Hextol story by volunteering, or if you just want to find out more, please call 01434 605253 and ask for Bruce Howorth or Jo Elliott. Alternatively get in touch with us by email here. For our current paid opportunities please see the Vacancies section.
